Delegate Williams moves to amend Com Sub for Com Sub for SB474 on page 7, Section 29, at the end of line 20, by inserting a new subsection (e) to read as follows:

“(e) Nothing in this section may be construed to allow harassment, intimidation or bullying as defined by §18-2C-2 of the Code based on a person’s sex.”
